Councillors RESOLVED unanimously to approve the Minutes taken on 1st November 2023.

2211/5 Chairman's/ Vice Chairman's report on activities undertaken on behalf of the PC
There was nothing to report.
2211/6 Planning Matters to be Reported and Considered:
There was discussion about Glentworth Hall and its use as a group rental property. The Clerk will ask West Lindsey Planning how long they will allow the property to be used in this way without a planning application coming forward. Councillor Hebborn noted that there are large fence posts around the field opposite the pig farm. The Clerk will ask Glentworth Scottish Farms if they know the plans for this.

Councillors RESOLVED to approve the financial report and approve electronic payment e732.

• Councillors considered budgetary items for the budget in 2024/25.
• Councillors RESOLVED unanimously to request an estimated precept value of £10,918 for 2024.25, being a 3 % increase on the 2023.24 value.
• Councillors RESOLVED unanimously to apply for a grant from Star Energy for a new solar powered speed sign.

2211/10 Date of Next Meeting
The next Meeting of Glentworth Parish Council will be on Wednesday 10th January 2024.
2211/11 Proposal to move to closed session, in accordance with the Public Bodies (admissions to meetings) Act 1960, that in view of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted, it is advisable in the public interest that the press and public be temporarily excluded and they are therefore instructed to withdraw from the meeting for the following items of business.
2211/1 NALC Pay Awards 23/24
Councillors RESOLVED unanimously to adopt the new NALC salary rates and apply them to the salary of the Clerk including backpay to April 2023.
